psychopaths. Weather manipulation is a much greater cause of climate
change than man made CO2 emissions which account for a minute proportion
of total natural emissions.

mention here of spraying potash (burnt coal residue) in the upper
atmosphere. Mostly calcium, magnesium, silicate. And slightly
